Kitchen Remodel and Bathroom Addition

We took an existing closed kitchen + breakfast nook, knocked down a wall, added some others and completely transformed the space. The new kitchen opens into the living room and the breakfast nook was turned into a new en-suite bathroom for the bedroom behind. Natural light is supplied via a solar tube for the interior bathroom space and access is provided with a pocket door.

Deck Railing, Staircase and Lights

Restored an aging deck by rebuilding the staircase and adding in a new modern railing with built-in LED lighting

Ceiling Lighting

Added practical lighting features to a room with no overhead lights. During the day the lights look like trim and don't interrupt the beauty of the wood ceiling. At night? Party time!

Staircase Restoration

Replaced the decking boards on this weathered staircase for a fresh new look.

Routed ducting so this client's microwave/stove exhaust could vent outside.
